How do you plan wedding transportation?
We start with your timeline, not the vehicle. Most Los Angeles weddings involve several moves in one day: getting-ready locations, the ceremony, a photo session, the reception and the getaway. Each move needs the right vehicle at the right minute.
Once we know who rides where, we suggest a combination: often a classic car or stretch limousine for the couple, an SUV limo or party bus for the wedding party, and a mini coach for guests staying at the same hotel. Everything is quoted together so you have one plan and one contact.

Why couples hand transportation to us
- Timed to the schedule: pickups built backward from the ceremony start
- One coordinated fleet: couple, wedding party and guests in matched vehicles
- Guests looked after: hotel shuttles so nobody drives after the toasts
- A car worth photographing: classic and stretch vehicles that suit the pictures
Steps to book wedding transportation
- Share your date, ceremony time and every address involved.
- Tell us how many people ride in each part of the day.
- We propose vehicles and hours and send one quote.
- Confirm, and pass our plan to your coordinator and photographer.

Popular LA weddings often pair a downtown or church ceremony with a reception at a hotel, a garden estate or a venue on the coast. Saturday afternoon traffic between those locations is hard to predict, so we schedule with a buffer and keep the photographer’s plan in mind. We drive weddings across Los Angeles County and the wider Southern California area.
