Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 35% secures most reservations; prom deposits range from $250 to $500 depending on the vehicle.

By the service date. For weddings and proms, personal checks must arrive 21 days before; cash, money order or certified cashier’s check is accepted on the day at the first pickup.

Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, checks, money orders and cash. Credit cards are not accepted for the final balance on weddings or proms.

Pickup times, locations, destinations, added or upgraded vehicles and overtime can be changed by the person who booked; changes must be finalized 72 hours before service.

No. Reserved vehicles cannot be downgraded and the booked time cannot be shortened.

Cancel in writing: at least 30 days before for weddings, 14 days for proms and 10 days for other services. Deposits are non-refundable; later cancellations owe the remaining balance.

In one-hour increments, paid to the chauffeur in cash before the vehicle goes into overtime.

No. Smoking and eating are not permitted, and controlled substances end the service immediately.

Yes: $15 per broken or missing glass, a $100 clean-up surcharge for excessive spills or trash, and at least $200 if the vehicle is soiled by illness. Damage is charged at repair cost with a $200 minimum.

We make every effort to arrive on time; if a delay happens, the drop-off time is extended to cover it.
