What should parents know about prom limos?
Prom transportation is booked by an adult, usually a parent or organizer, who agrees the plan with us in advance: pickups, a photo stop, the dance, and the final drop-off. The group stays in one vehicle all night with a professional chauffeur, so nobody drives.
Our prom contract is available on the downloads page so families can review the terms before booking.

Why families book a prom limo
- A plan in writing: pickup, stops and drop-off agreed before the night
- One adult contact: the parent who books coordinates with us
- The group together: no separate cars on prom night
- Time for photos: built into the schedule

Many LA proms are held at hotels and event venues some distance from campus, and Saturday evening traffic adds up between several pickups, photos and the venue. Plan at least an hour before the dance start for photos and travel, more with multiple pickup addresses. Spring Saturdays fill early, so reserve as soon as the date is announced.
